Honestly no complains at all. Charming old property with very helpful staff and unbeatable location close to the center. Tastefully decorated room, hot breakfast items. A beautiful decor. Location near to historic attractions, and Trim Castle and restaurants. Again, not far from an Irish castle.

charming guesthouse with lovely gardens
The location was perfect for exploring Trim, just a short stroll to the town center. The room was super clean and beautifully decorated. Staff offered a warm welcome and were very accommodating. I particularly enjoyed the fine gardens with a peaceful retreat after a busy day. Sitting areas were well-maintained and inviting.
The selection for breakfast was somewhat limited, which we found a bit disappointing.

When I am in Trim, I like staying here. The place is fairly clean, the room is nicely decorated, the staff is very amiable. The hotel offers warm and gorgeous breakfast. The location is top and peaceful, 10 minutes' walk to a Norman castle. Plus, this venue is really close to Dowth, and restaurants, shops, and sites.

Charming outdoor areas enhance the overall experience.
I was disappointed to find the absence of breakfast despite it being advertised. My room had a significant amount of dust on surfaces that clearly hadn't been cleaned in a while. The outdated decor matched the neglected upkeep, which detracted from the overall comfort of my stay.

Solo travelers rejoice!
My room was fabulous and comfy. The breakfast was amazing with a wide assortment! She even prepared a special place for me since I was leaving early. Little touches like that make a difference.
It wasn't inexpensive but still alright.

The beautifully decorated room offered a charming, old-world feel. The proximity to Trim Castle was fantastic, allowing easy exploration of the area. The room lacked sufficient towel hangers and the absence of breakfast options was a downside. It was inconvenient that nearby dining options were limited on Monday nights.

The guesthouse is charming, and it's close to the castle. Our family room was spacious and well-equipped. We loved the breakfast. We also enjoyed various activities like golfing and horse riding nearby.
One downside was that the guesthouse was somewhat basic, and the bathrooms could use some upgrades.
